Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? . . . No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
~Romans 8:35, 38-39

Carissa's sign language

I taught some signs to the boys when they were toddlers. I have been doing the same with Carissa. She knows "please" really well.

Yesterday I introduced "more" and she immediatley started signing it.

that is very cool! is there any particular reason why you teach them sign language?

I teach them a few basic signs in baby sign language so that they can communicate before they can talk. Instead of throwing a fit they can tell me what they want even when they can't say the words. It seems to cut down on a lot of frustration on both our parts.
